Just so you know:
Pinoy-style ice cream served “dirty” because of the dust it collects while it’s exposed to the elements. It’s street food, after all.
Why it’s on the list:
It’s a very kuripot-friendly dessert.
So many flavors to choose from! My favorite is the keso (cheese) flavor. Oddly enough, the salty cheese blends well with the sweet ice cream.
Despite its dirty reputation, I don’t know anyone who fell ill after eating it.
