The trimeresurus flavomaculatus is a venomous snake found only in the Philippines.
This majestic bird is classified as critically endangered. Which means they probably won't be around long enough for our great grandchildren to see... unless we do something about it.
Just so you know: His scientific name is Bubo philippensis. We’re not sure if he appreciates being called “Bubo”, but the name sticks. Why it’s in the list: It’s a huge owl found only in the Philippines.
